The loving nurturing of the volunteers at Royal Rehab by the Volunteer Services Department has ultimately meant a better quality of care for the clients. The team share a vision of ‘magnificence in contribution’ that impacts on all team members. While the team handle hundreds of volunteers every year, placing them into complex medical situations, the sensitive management of the process has produced a gold standard volunteer practice regime.
