The Pro Bono 2020 NFP Salary Survey is open

The Pro Bono Salary Survey is the most comprehensive remuneration report for the not-for-profit sector. Each year it surveys thousands of leaderrs within the social sector to create the largest report of its kind, thanks to survey partners HLB Mann Judd.
The annual report has become a trusted part of our social sector infrastructure, providing critical information to guide boards, management and individuals who want to be paid, and pay fairly.
If you are an employee of a not-for-profit organisation, your participation in this 7-minute survey is essential to continue to assist organisations like you to create meaningful remuneration benchmarks.
The answers will be collated and in April 2020 we’ll release a report to enable an informed and well-resourced not-for-profit sector. All individual information collected in the survey will remain confidential.
