Research into Digital Capacity of Volunteer Involving Organisations

Help build understanding around the digital capabilities of volunteer involving organisations in Australia. 

Effective recruitment and management of volunteers is the lifeblood of volunteer involving organisations. Funded by the Federal Government, the Volunteering Peak Bodies across Australia have been tasked with improving opportunities for people to participate in the social and economic life of their community through volunteering.

This research is being gathered by a survey conducted by an independent research agency, Survey Matters. Notably, it will seek to identify any barriers to online access and technology use to assess the ability of volunteer involving organisations to utilise online resources to assist in the management of volunteers.

The results of the research will help all volunteer involving organisation to assess their readiness to use digital resources, and to help in advocacy and funding efforts. All participating organisations will receive a copy of the final report.

The survey closes on 5pm Friday 21 April 2023. Depending on your answers it should take around 15 minutes to complete. All answers will remain anonymous.
