- The definition and importance of volunteer management
- The role of a Volunteer Manager in the Volunteer Lifecycle at The Smith Family
- First steps and actions for a new or current Volunteer Manager
- Recruiting and managing Volunteers
- Attracting volunteers and managing expectations
- Retention and engagement of volunteers post-COVID.
