Skilled Volunteering – Creating and fostering a program for Corporates

October 6 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Free - A$25.00
Join us to discuss skilled volunteering and the basis of successful skilled volunteering relationships and new opportunities

Our October Volunteer Management Forum will discuss skilled volunteering. We’ll look at the basis of successful skilled volunteering relationships and what might be missing if it doesn’t work (and there are times when it doesn’t).

This forum will discuss the benefits of skilled volunteering to the community, organisations and individuals. We will give advice on scoping out, creating and fostering a program for Corporate organisations that is beneficial for all parties.

IAG is the largest general insurance company in Australia and New Zealand, selling home, motor and small business insurance under many leading brands including: NRMA Insurance, CGU, SGIO, SGIC, Swann Insurance, WFI and Poncho Insurance (Australia); and NZI, State, AMI and Lumley Insurance (New Zealand).

IAG’s purpose is to make your world a safer place – and that means making the world a safer place for our customers, employees, partners, shareholders and the community.

Our Climate Action Plan, Reconciliation Action Plan, IAG Research Centre and partnerships with organisations such as Australian Red Cross, GIVIT and NSW SES are examples of how we deliver on our purpose to make communities safer.

If you’re interested to help us explore this topic and connect with like-minded people, book in below for a 1 hour Zoom chat 6th October at 3pm. See you there!

Our Presenter:  Ms Michelle Fisher, Manager, IAG Community Connection
