• The communication skills needed to deal with aggressive people

• Practical tips for managing conflict and maintaining relationships

Participants will leave with a toolkit of strategies and a simple 4-step plan for dealing with workplace conflict and know how to react to any given situation.

The workshop will be interactive in nature with time built-in for practicing techniques
