Your Facilitator, Tulsi van de Graaff, is a communication and conflict expert and a partner at Brave People Solutions

Tulsi works with organisations to create impressive teams, great people and inspiring leaders and to solve the complex and challenging people, communication and culture problems. Tulsi’s areas of expertise include organisational cultural change, leadership development, emotional intelligence, relationship building, team repair, dealing with challenging behaviours and coaching and mentoring.

She is a former lawyer with a psychology, mediation, counselling and investigation background.
