The Global NGO Technology Survey is a biennial research project seeking a better understanding of how charitable organisations worldwide use technology to engage their supporters and donors.

The 2019 initiative is bringing together 24 organisations from around the world to increase the diversity and geographical range of the survey respondents.

This year?s questions focus on web and email communications, online fundraising, social media, data management, and productivity software.

The findings will be released in September, in the fourth edition of the Global NGO Technology Report.
