Kevin Hill is Deputy Officer Commanding the Royal Volunteer Coastal patrol. In the seven years he has been with the organisation, Kevin has held every administrative and operational position within the Jervis Bay division, including that of Divisional Commander. He has performed numerous search and rescue missions and saved many lives as a result of his actions. He has also made a significant contribution to marine safety as a representative on the NSW Volunteer Marine Rescue Council, the advisory body to the State Minister.
