ALIV is a member of The Centre, and like many other not-for-profit organisations, is entirely run by volunteers. They assist children and adults, living inside and released from Immigration Detention Centres, through innovative educational and fun recreational programs to ensure their well-being.

Besides having a fun night on beautiful Sydney Harbour and walking away with various tattoos and balloon animals, the team from The Centre was moved by volunteer anecdotes of working with children in detention centres, and inspired by the amazing young people who do this work. The Centre congratulates our member ALIV on a successful fundraising event and looks forward supporting their volunteer program in future.
