The newly revised Certificate IV in Coordination of Volunteer Programs has been revised with you, the Not-For- Profit or Community Service Professional, in mind.

This Course will nourish your thinking on how to operate more effectively in an environment of significant challenge and limited resources. You will learn modern ways to manage and enrich Volunteer Worker experiences in the sector and to channel that energy into productive pseudo-commercial outcomes for your enterprise.  Get your Volunteer Management Qualifications with The Centre for Volunteering
Keeping the focus on outcomes, you will use new technologies and innovative processes to achieve results. This Course is structured over 3 terms with Units released at the start of each term. Term 1 will start with the building blocks and expand across a range of relevant subject areas. The terms will normally coincide with July commencing TAFE Terms to fit in with most entities financial year budget process.

While the Course is mainly self-paced learning using electronic media resources, you will most likely need about 10-11 months to fully complete the coursework and assessment activities.

The Course is structured to fit in with your working environment, so many assessment activities will be drawn from on- the- job activities and experiences.

With an emphasis on collaboration, there will be opportunities to grow your professional networks and learn from your peers as well as share your ideas and innovations with others.

On completion, you will emerge with a nationally recognised registered certificate.

The newly released 2016 Course will commence with a face to face session over 2 days at The Centre for Volunteering training facility in The Rocks.

The full Certificate costs $3300 (inclusive of GST) which can be paid in instalments over the 3 terms (Members of The Centre for Volunteering can receive a 20% discount).
