Fee For Service Programs: Corporate Volunteering

Corporate volunteering (also called employee volunteering) can improve your visibility, team building, staff training and staff moral and loyalty as well as help your company to contribute to its community in a positive way. The Centre for Volunteering works with companies and not-for-profit organisations to form ongoing relationships dedicated to corporate volunteering.

The Centre's Corporate Volunteering Program's four components are aimed at assisting companies to get the best possible results from corporate volunteering:

Employee Volunteer Matching

Group and team volunteer opportunities required by companies for their employee volunteer programs can be undertaken on a fee per placement basis. We use our Volunteer Referral Service to help you find suitable volunteering opportunities. As the peak body for volunteering in NSW, hundreds of not-for-profit member organisations use this service. Therefore, we can offer companies a wide range of volunteering programs to choose from. Additionally, companies can elect to be notified directly of employee and team volunteering opportunities submitted to us from our not-for-profit members. Find out more.

Corporate Volunteering Knowledge Network

We have created the Corporate Volunteering Knowledge Network to meet the growing need to build knowledge, leadership and best practice in corporate volunteering. We have invited a limited number of representatives from the private sector to become a founding member of our Corporate Volunteering Knowledge Network.

Corporate Volunteering Consultancy

The Centre for Volunteering has recently developed our Corporate Volunteering Consultancy service for companies requiring assistance to develop their Corporate Volunteering Program.

Research and Resources

The Centre for Volunteering is currently conducting a new corporate volunteering project titled Frontier of opportunity: Critical success factors of employee volunteering programs for the small-to-medium not-for-profit sector.
