Member Benefits: Advice Hotline
Do you need advice or have an urgent or difficult question on matters relating to volunteering, volunteers or the volunteer sector?
Our Advice Hotline provides members with advice on volunteering issues e.g. insurance, rights and responsibilities, volunteers right etc. All requests remain confidential.
Members can submit their request through our online Advice Request Form or phone our Advice Hotline.
We give members requests priority and in most circumstances we will endeavour to answer your query within 24 hours. On weekends and public holidays we will address your query on the next business day.
Members are given our Advice Hotline number upon joining.
